There are two things that I love in this life: Chipotle and makeup. And I never thought that those two worlds would collide – until now. You see, everyone’s favorite food chain has partnered with Wonderskin – the brand famous on TikTok for its peel-and-reveal lip color – to create a truly unique, food-themed lip stain. For a limited time, you can get the Wonderskin x Chipotle lip stain (the “Lipotle” kit) in a guacamole-inspired and Brat Summer-ready green hue, which then peels away to reveal a long-lasting pink color on your lips. But, what’s a lip stain? How does it work? Does it last? I tried it, and here’s what I learned.
What Is a Lip Stain?
Not quite a lip tint, not quite a lipstick, a lip stain absorbs into your skin to give you a temporary pop of color. It can last longer than a tint or lipstick, and feels like you’re not wearing anything at all. You get a softer, natural, waterproof look in seconds.
How Do You Apply the Lip Stain?
Start by applying the lip stain masque with the applicator wand, as if you were putting on lip gloss. It looks like metallic green paint (very Brat Girl) and takes a few passes to get full coverage over your lips. According to the directions, you should let it sit for 1 minute or 30 seconds for a softer effect. After that, spray the activator on top to seal in the color. Then you peel or just wipe the color away with the included cloth. And, voila!
Does the Lip Stain Last?
The answer is: yes. And I put the Chipotle x Wonderskin lip stain to the test. I ate an apple, ice cream, a whole Chipotle burrito, and sipped from a Stanley (anything for science), and there were no smudges or transfers.
With the Lip Masque / After the Lip Masque
If you want to eat your burritos or shoot your mukbangs without worrying about your makeup, then you have to try the Chipotle x Wonderskin Wonder Blading Peel and Reveal Lip Stain Kit. It’s only around for a limited time, so snag it now – or keep on scrolling and get one of Wonderskin’s other lip stains. Your Brat Summer starts now.

This limited-edition peel-and-reveal lip stain kit comes with the lip masque, activator spray, and a cloth for wiping away any of the stain. The color lasts all day and you can remove it with an oil-based face cleanser or an oil-based makeup remover.
Complete your Brat Summer vibe with this Chipotle-inspired keychain. It's green, perfect for your keys or just hanging on your backpack, and let's everyone know that you and guac are on the same page.
Shop More Long-Lasting Lip Stains
Here is Wonderskin's TikTok-famous peel-and-reveal lip stain masque. You have 17 colors (from bold to neutral) to choose from and it's so easy to just "stain and go."
If you want the whole lip stain kit, then this is your chance. There are 13 colorways to choose from and it comes with an activator spray and swipe towel. It's exactly like the Chipotle collab above, minus the metallic green hue.
