Sophia Culpo is getting candid about her breakup with Braxton Berrios.
Nearly a month after confirming that she and NFL wide receiver had gone their separate ways, the Culpo Sisters star spoke out about the split in an April 25 Instagram Q&A, claiming that "it didn't end well or honestly."
"A lot of trust was broken," she wrote on her Instagram Story. "But I have an amazing support system and I appreciate everyone's love & support so so much."
Sophia also addressed concerns of her wellbeing from fans, sharing, "I know I've lost a lot of weight."
"It's not intentional," she explained, "but the betrayal on my last relationship, just really took a toll on me."
However, the 26-year-old reiterated that she has "the most amazing support system," which includes her sisters Olivia Culpo and Aurora Culpo, as well as mom Susan Curran.
"I'm really grateful that I'm even able to pick myself up and move myself to a new place of my own," she said, referring to how she recently said goodbye to the New Jersey house she once shared with Braxton. "I don't wish what I went through on anybody. I really, really don't. I'm trying my best to just take the high road here."
Sophia added, "One day, I will share all the lessons that I've learned."
The influencer dated Braxton, 27, for two years before calling herself "single" in a March 22 TikTok. Almost two weeks later, Sophia shared that she was leaving the East Coast for a new place in California.
"It is officially moving day," she said in an April 3 Instagram Story. "Moving on and moving forward is always for the better because it always brings the most growth no matter what."
At the time, Sophia said she was "grateful for the last two years."
"Obviously, the end of anything in your life is a challenge and a new chapter, but it's a new thing," she continued. "Be grateful for the growth. It will always bring you closer to your authentic self. And with that, you attract what's truly meant for you."
